START WITH A HOME SITE

FLOOR PLAN OPTIONS

Use one of Integrity Homes’ existing floor plans and modify it as much as needed to fit your style and needs.
Bring us your existing blueprints.
We can also work from a floor plan created from scratch.
Our team of experienced architects can take your vision and create blueprints.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

Our team provides a pre-construction consultation to serve you in planning and selecting every detail of your home.
We consider your timeline, style, design elements, square-footage to layout, and desired amenities.
This preparation step involves our award winning interior designer, who assists you in creating your tailored,
one-of-kind home.

CONSTRUCTION

Integrity Homes timeline ranges from 10-12 months from slab pour to completion.
You’ll be assigned an experienced construction manager who will provide weekly updates on your home.
